Downloading and Installing the pvjbet App
The pvjbet app is available for both iOS and Android devices. On Android, you can download it directly from our website or through the Google Play Store if it is listed in your region. On iOS, you download it from the Apple App Store. The app file is roughly 50 MB, so it downloads quickly on most connections.
Once downloaded, you install it like any other app. The installation takes a minute or two. After installation, you open the app, and you see the login screen. If you already have a pvjbet account from the web, you log in with your email and password. If you are new, you tap the registration option and create an account.
Account Setup on Mobile
Creating an account on the app is the same as on the web. You provide your email, create a password, and enter basic identity information. We send a verification email, and you click the link to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is active, and you can log in.
After login, the app prompts you to complete your profile. You may need to upload an ID or provide additional details for verification. This depends on your account status and local regulations. Our support team can guide you through any step if you are unsure.

Navigating the App Interface
The app home screen shows your account balance at the top, followed by quick links to major sections. You see a Sportsbook tab, a Casino tab, a Live Dealers tab, and an Account tab. Each tab opens a different section of the platform.
The Sportsbook tab displays football fixtures and markets. You see Liga 1 matches, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments depending on the season. Tap a fixture to see available markets — match winner, over/under goals, handicaps, and more. The odds update live as you browse.
The Casino tab shows slot games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. You tap a game to open it, set your stake, and play. The app handles all game logic locally, so games run smoothly even on slower connections.
The Live Dealers tab displays available live tables. You see Dragon Tiger, blackjack, roulette, and baccarat tables with their current stake ranges. Tap a table to join, and the live stream opens. You see the dealer, the game state, and your betting options all in one view.
The Account tab shows your balance, your transaction history, and your settings. You can change your password, update your profile, and manage your payment methods from here.
Depositing Funds via Mobile
To place bets or join live tables, your account needs balance. On the app, you go to the Account tab and tap Deposit. You see a list of payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet.
You select your preferred method and enter the amount you want to deposit. The app shows the minimum and maximum for that method, and any applicable fees. You then tap Confirm, and the app opens your payment provider's interface. You complete the payment there, and once confirmed, your balance updates in the pvjbet app.

Placing Bets and Joining Live Tables
Once your account is funded, you can place bets on football or join live tables. In the Sportsbook tab, you browse fixtures and tap one to see markets. You select a market — for example, match winner — and tap the odds you want. The app opens a bet slip where you enter your stake and confirm.
Your odds lock when you confirm, and your bet is placed. The app shows your bet in your transaction history. If your bet wins, your balance updates automatically. If it loses, your stake is deducted.
For live tables, you go to the Live Dealers tab, select a table, and tap Join. The live stream opens, and you see the dealer and the game state. You place your stake using the betting interface on screen, and the dealer processes your bet. The game resolves in real time, and your balance updates immediately.

Withdrawing Funds from the App
When you want to withdraw your balance, you go to the Account tab and tap Withdraw. You select a payment method — the same one you used to deposit, or an alternative if you have added multiple methods. You enter the amount, and the app shows any applicable limits or fees.
You then confirm the withdrawal. The app sends your request to our verification team. We check your account details and your payment method, and once verified, we process the withdrawal. Funds return to your chosen payment method, and your balance updates in the app.
Verification can take time. We do not claim subject to verification. The process depends on your account status, your payment method, and our verification workload. Once processed, your payment provider delivers the funds to your account — this may take a few hours for bank transfers, or minutes for mobile wallets.

The app is optimised for mobile devices. It uses minimal data, loads quickly, and runs smoothly on most connections. If you experience lag or crashes, try closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, you can clear the app cache from your device settings.
