Accessing Your Account Settings
On the pvjbet web platform, you log in and look for the Account or Settings menu. This is usually in the top-right corner of the page or in a sidebar menu. On the mobile app, you tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen. Both lead to the same Account Settings interface.
Once in Account Settings, you see several sections: Profile, Payment Methods, Transaction History, Security, and Preferences. Each section handles a different part of your account. We describe each one below.
Profile and Personal Information
Your Profile section shows your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. When you first create an account, we ask for these details. You can update most of them later if your information changes.
Your email is important because we use it to send you account notifications, password reset links, and support responses. If you change your email, we send a verification link to the new address. You must click the link to confirm the change.
Your phone number is optional but helpful. We may use it to contact you about account security or verification issues. Your date of birth is required for age verification — we need to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Your profile information must match your payment method details. If they do not match, verification may be delayed or rejected.
Managing Payment Methods
The Payment Methods section shows all the ways you can deposit and withdraw. When you first deposit, you choose a method — QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. That method is saved to your account.
You can add multiple payment methods. This gives you flexibility — if one method is unavailable, you can use another. To add a new method, you go to Payment Methods and tap Add. You follow the prompts to link your new payment provider or bank account.
You can also remove payment methods. If you no longer use a particular wallet or bank account, you can delete it from your account. However, you must keep at least one active payment method on file.
Each payment method has limits. mobile banking, local payment, and online payment have daily and monthly maximums. Bank transfers have their own limits depending on your bank. We show these limits when you select a payment method during deposit or withdrawal.

Transaction History and Account Activity
Your Transaction History shows every deposit, withdrawal, bet, and win on your account. You can filter by date range or transaction type. This helps you track your activity and verify that all transactions are correct.
Each transaction shows the date, the amount, the payment method, and the status. Deposits show as Pending, Confirmed, or Failed. Withdrawals show as Requested, Verified, Processing, or Completed. If a transaction is stuck in Pending or Processing, you can contact our support team for help.
Your transaction history is also useful for tax purposes. If you need to report your account activity to local authorities, you can download your history as a file or take screenshots for your records.
Your transaction history is a complete record of your account. Keep it for your own reference and for any regulatory inquiries.
Security and Password Management
The Security section is where you change your password. We recommend changing your password regularly — at least every few months. A strong password has uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. We send a reset link to your email, and you click it to create a new password. This process takes a few minutes.
We also show your login history in the Security section. You can see when your account was last accessed, from which device, and from which location. If you see a login you do not recognise, you can change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Account Verification and Compliance
When you create an account, we ask for basic information. As you use pvjbet — especially when you deposit and withdraw — we may ask for additional verification. This is standard practice across all sportsbooks and is required by local regulations.
Verification may include uploading a copy of your ID, a proof of address, or a bank statement. We ask for these documents to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. The verification process is secure — we store your documents encrypted and do not share them with third parties.
Verification can take time. We aim to complete it within a few hours, but during busy periods it may take longer. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw without further delays. If your verification is rejected, we explain why and ask you to resubmit with corrected information.
Your account status shows in Account Settings. You see whether you are Unverified, Pending Verification, or Verified. If you are Pending, you can check the status of your verification request and see what documents we are waiting for.
Preferences and Notification Settings
The Preferences section lets you control how we communicate with you. You can choose to receive email notifications about deposits, withdrawals, and account activity. You can also opt out of promotional emails if you prefer.
We use notifications to keep you informed about your account. If a withdrawal is delayed, we email you. If we detect unusual activity, we alert you. These notifications are important for your account security, so we recommend keeping them enabled.
You can also set your language preference in Preferences. We support English and other languages depending on your region. Changing your language preference updates the interface language across the platform.
